Drang

Drang was the Highest Administrative Division of the Lichhavi Dynasty of Nepal. In General Terms, A Town is known as Drang. It is a trade center more prominent than a Gram and even Tala.

Drangs of Lichhavi Dynasty

Hamsagriha: This Administrative Division was located from Surya Binayak to Anantalingeshwor.

Lembati: This Administrative Division was located in the Southern Part of the Kathmandu Valley.

Shitatika: This Administrative Division was located between Chandragiri and Dahachowk.

Nupunna: This Administrative Division was located in Kewalpur.

Yupgram: This Administrative Division was located near the Mangal Bazaar.

Dakshinkoligram: This Administrative Division was located in the Central Part of the Kathmandu Valley.

Makhopri: This Administrative Division was located in Bhaktapur.

Thaturi: This Administrative Division was located in Bishnupaduka Fedi.
